The Down Side Of Being A Navy Wife--- Moving

So as many of you know I am married to my college-sweetheart and he is currently in the military. I enjoy many things about being a military spouse but like most people I do dislike with great passion, MOVING!!
No don't get me wrong, experiencing new and exciting places is not the problem. It's the packing your life up, that gets me.

With less than 8 weeks to go until it's bye-bye Pensacola, hello Atlanta for me. I am so dreading getting all my shoes, bags, pictures and makeup into boxes.  And then there's deciding what I need to keep with me and what's going to our new home .

Luckily, I have help and lucky for you; I have lots of girly thinks I'm going to have to part with. Now until November 19th (almost daily) I will be post items in the new BLOG SALE tabs here and on It's Laesha . All items  will be priced to go. I hope you find things that you like and we can always arrange multi-item shipping.

I'm really excited to be going back to Atlanta for a few months and expanding my business. Thanks for all your continued support. And I hope you join me as I lash, wrap and beautify my way to the top.

XoxO,
Laesha Ebony

Nail Love:Summer Time Anytime Of The Year

Now living in Pensacola has been a huge adjustment for me. My husband is in the  Navy; so once I finished esthetics school last April I moved here to be with him. One thing I do enjoy about this city over Atlanta is the weather. It’s usually very nice and 60 degrees or higher is the average. But this week that just hasn't been the case.  And that has really been bringing me down!!

If you've been reading this blog or watching my Youtube channel or even know me personally: you know that I love  all things nails. I have small hands and in my opinion nail extensions make them look a little bigger. So I keep some tips or an overlay, it's been that way since I was 15. I'm also a big polish junkie. I have a pretty large polish collection and it is growing bigger every day. I’ve really been loving the colors from Seattle-base nail brand Julep since I heard about them over a year and a half ago. A few times a month they send me emails filled with helpful tips, nail trends and my monthly maven selection.

This month I purchased 2 boxes; one for my subscription to the maven program and the second  was the Cupid mystery box. In the Cupid box came these beautiful summer ready colors. I just had to use them to lift me out of these winter blues.

When I got tired of my Valentine's Day nails and need a bit of inspiration for the spring and summer; I came up with this nail look. Since I gave myself a hand treatment and polish change, I've been getting a lot of complements in my day to day life and on instagram and facebook. So I decided to share with my lovely readers  what I used. This nail look is my escape from this weather and is truly brightening up my days.

If you decide to try this nail look or give the Julep Maven nail program a try place your pictures on my Facebook fanpage or tag me in your istagram pictures ( #itsLaesha), I'd love to see how creative you are!!

Thanks for reading, watching and supporting all my work. It truly means a lot to me. If there are any products reviews, videos and posts you'd like to see please contact me or comment below and I'll get them done. Thanks again!!!

I ♥ Amare Stoudemire: And My nails prove it!

So Tuesday afternoon I was driving home from some meetings I had by Perimeter Mall ( in the Dunwoody area in Atlanta). And  I was listening to Hot 107.9, one of my favorite radio stations.

The hot 3 at 3 was on blast and Emperor  Searcy was giving away tickets to the Hawks vs. the Knick. And being the lucky person I am, I won.

This is such a great game for me to attend.

1- Because I'm from theBronx

and

2- Because I Love, Love, Love Mr. Amare Stoudemire <3

So, in honor of the game and my man ( just joking). I've done this New York Knicks inspired nail look.

I hope you like it and if you see me at the game come say what's up.

P.S. Go Amare!

The polishes I used are...
NK- Clementine
Wild and Crazy-Montana
Essence Color & Go- Just Rock It!

Nail Polish A.D.D.

So I am really o-d-ing on nail designs and nail polish right now. I know I love change and self expression and all but I'm starting to think this is getting a little out of hand. This is the 3rd time I've changed my polish and the year just started.

Last night I recorded a nail art video for my Youtube channel Jewelry Make Up and More .  So I decided to do this really fun zebra/ half moon-inspired nail design.

And I was really planning on rocking them all week. It took a bit of time since I was recording and all. So I really wanted to get some good wear out of them!!

That is until I found the cutest color of polish I've seen in a long time today at Walgreen's. I went there to  rent Lottery Ticket, using the free code the Redbox texted me.

(Teal or No Teal by Wet N' Wild)

The name is so cute and the color really makes me feel happy for some odd reason. If I'm coming down with nail polish A.D.D., you'd let me know right???
