Hair Removal: What's Best For You

Unsightly hair can be a big problem for us ladies, especially in the summer months when showing skin is at an all time high. Another issue that we face is; what removal method is best for us? As esthetician my clients ask me all kinds of questions about their skin but the number 1 question I've been getting lately is "What's the best way to get rid of all this hair?"At your local super stores there are whole aisles dedicated to hair removal. There's shaving creams, gel, razors, at home waxes and so much more. Then there's spas and salons that perform waxing, threading and sugaring. With all these opitions it can be hard to pick the method that's best. I find that when removing hair the most important factor when selecting a good method for you is what's most comfortable.

This year my hair has been through a lot. Colors, cuts, straightening and being its curly self  . All and all I love the fact I can do so many different things with it. Enjoy some of the hair transformations I've  faced this year and continue reading Jewelry, Makeup and More to see what's new.

The Hair Show- Bronner Bros February 2011

If you were in Atlanta this past weekend you either attended , worked or at least heard about the Bronner Bros hair show.

Brandyce and I attended the festivities on  Sunday and it was packed to the max . We didn't go onto the show floor for many reasons but the main one was we  didn't get there until an hour and a half before the show ended. That's a long story that I rather not go into.
All in all though the experience  was a success for me because I get the show book and distributed my new flyers ; not to mention I the fact that Imade some good business contacts. 

After heading back to our cars we had a truly yummy meal at Mimi's Café ( so good in fact that I'm thinking about having my birthday brunch there).  Our service was great and I love  that you can have breakfast anytime.  The corn chowder and blueberry muffins  were  wonderful.  But that's a whole  other story.

Since this isn't my 1st show I wasn't all that sad about missing it. If you've never been or haven't been in a while, you should definitely go in August when it returns.

There are great deals on hair care products, informative seminars, celebrities  and lots of great (some times crazy) hair to see.The hair show is  a great activity to do with a gal pal or two and make a day of it. I had fun and enjoyed just spending time with a like minded woman and networking in an industry I love so much.
