Okay so if you don't know I live in Pensacola aka The Gulf. and what all the cities that make up The Gulf have in common is the threat of hurricanes.
As hurricane Issac approaches me and the hubby hoped for the best but prepared for the worst. This is the first major storm we've faced since moving here. So doing my preparation I came up with a beauty and skin care survival kit that all of us should have just in case we find ourselves facing a serious weather situation and its aftermath.
What Your Beauty Survival Kit Should Include!
Skin type specific cleanser - Dry to normal skin should uses cream based cleanser and oily and combination skin should use a gel based cleanser
Moisturizing lip balm or treatment- dry lips are never cool so make sure you have access to something that conditions your lips.
Toner - this is simply going to aid your skin maintain its normal pH.
Cleansing wipes- just in case you don't have access to running water.
Moisturizer- keeping your skin moisturized is key to maintain its health and glow.
When disastershappen preparation is so important. We never know know how long they will last or what effects they will have, so take control of what you can and make the best of the situation.
